Ebony Davis

Prior to joining MS NOW, Davis previously served as a Campaign Embed and Producer for CNN covering the 2024 presidential election. She was embedded with Nikki Haley’s campaign during the Republican primary before covering the Harris-Walz campaign during the general election. Her campaign reporting also included on-the-ground coverage of the South Carolina primary and Georgia as a key battleground state.

Before joining CNN’s campaign team, Davis served as a producer for CNN’s Digital Global Programming team. She was also a writer/producer for CNN New Day Weekend and CNN Newsroom with Jim Sciutto and Poppy Harlow, covering major national and international stories, including Russia’s war in Ukraine, the 2020 presidential election and the coronavirus pandemic.

Davis began her career at CNN as a live shot producer for CNN International programming across Europe and Asia.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Hampton University and her master’s degree from the University of Miami. Davis is currently completing her doctoral degree at Georgia State University, where she will earn a Ph.D. in Communication.
